Match Master is a pair matching game in a traditional style sometimes called Memory or Concentration. The aim of the game is to flip two cards at a time looking for a match. If two of the cards flipped are different, they are hidden again and another round starts. When two identical cards are found, they are kept face-up for the rest of the game. The game ends when all cards have been permanently turned face-up.

This site is designed to be used as a logged in user. It supports a registration system to allow users to sign up and track their progress over time. The profile page allows players to see statistics on the games they have played, change their personal/security information and also reset their game history. Administrators can also update this page when logged in with their accounts directly.

The site does not presently have an automated email password reset facility. This is due to the fact that it would have required an email server, considered beyond the scope of this project at this point. However, if you registered with an email address, it should be possible for the site creator to reset your password. Please contact me using the form above to request this if needed.

This website was created in a very short space of time as part of a project for Code Institute's 16-Week Full Stack Skills Bootcamp. As such, only a small number of features could be implemented. In the future, improvements may be made including more difficulty modes, other game types, different themes and a more complete profile page.
